"My order showed up in good shape..."
My order showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. The box felt sturdy and everything inside had enough padding, which I always appreciate because you never know how packages get tossed around. Nothing was damaged, which is the main thing. The only funny part was the tape, there was a lot of it. Like, I had to stop and grab scissors because peeling it all open was taking forever. But anyway, overall I’m happy with how it was packed.

"Pretty good slicing compared to others I’ve tried"
I ordered from Edwards Virginia Smokehouse and thought the slicing was solid overall. Compared to a couple other places I’ve used, most of the pieces were cleaner and cut to the thickness I like. A few slices were a little uneven here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. I’d be happy to order from them again.

"Pretty much that salty ham I was hoping for"
I ordered this mostly because I was craving that old-school Virginia ham kind of taste, it was pretty much what I had in mind.

It’s definitely salty, but in a way that feels right for this style of ham. I sliced mine thin and had it with biscuits, and that seemed like the perfect way to eat it.

Shipping was totally fine, nothing really to complain about there. I’d probably order it again when I’m wanting that strong, classic salty ham flavor.

"Refund was slow, but they handled it"
I had a problem with my order and first asked for a replacement. Support got back to me after about a day and sent another one out without making it a huge hassle. I did feel a little pressured to keep checking in because I wasn’t sure what was happening, but the replacement arrived and was totally fine.

One item also had to be refunded, and it took a few days before the money showed back up on my card. It wasn’t the quickest process, and I wish the updates had been clearer, but they did fix everything in the end. I’d probably order again, just with a bit more patience next time...

The price wasn’t too bad, but I expected a little more for what I paid. It did what it was supposed to do, so I can’t say it was awful, but it didn’t really feel like some amazing value either. I’m always a bit skeptical when companies make everything sound super polished and impressive, and this was kind of one of those situations where the actual experience was just okay. Probably fine if you don’t need anything fancy, but nothing special.

I’ll admit, I usually stick with my go-to place, so I wasn’t really expecting much here. But they had way more products than I thought they would. I found what I needed quickly, and there were a few other things I caught myself thinking I might come back for later. Kind of torn now, honestly.

I ordered from edwardsvaham.com my first reaction when I opened it was that the portion looked better than I expected. It just had that “okay, this is actually going to fill me up” kind of feel.
The main part of the meal was plenty for a full dinner, and I still had a little left to save for later. I didn’t get the sense they were skimping, which I always appreciate when ordering food online.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because my gut feeling was that the sides could’ve been a bit more generous too. Still, the main portion was solid, and I’d definitely order again...

The site just felt good to use. I got around without really thinking about it, and nothing got in my way. Pages loaded fine, stuff was where I expected it to be, and it looked totally okay on my phone too. No annoying popups or weird confusing steps, which I really appreciate. I ordered from edwardsvaham.com after seeing a few people mention how good it was, i get the hype now. The ham was packed really well and had that fresh smell as soon as I opened it, not old or dried out at all. We used it for breakfast and sandwiches, and it disappeared way faster than I expected. I’d definitely order again.
